By visiting our website https://www.theresaobermoser.com and https://www.tointeriordesign.com information from the browser in use on your device will automatically be sent to our website’s server. Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, (https://www.google.de/ intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereafter referred to as „Google“) for the purpose of customizing and continually optimizing our pages. In this context, pseudonymised usage profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website, such as:

Right to Object

If your personal information has been processed based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1, Sentence 1 (f) GDPR, you have the right, according to Art. 21 GDPR to raise objection to the processing of your personal data, as long as there are justifiable reasons arising from your particular situation, or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to objection, which is implemented by us without requiring you to specify a particular situation.
